A huge well done to the scratch team representing Belton Woods on Sunday 17th at Elsham Hall in the Elsham Trophy Foursomes Finals.
It was a challenging 36-hole finals day, where Belton Woods were drawn against Woodhall Spa in the semi-finals. In a fantastic display of golf by all players, Belton Woods secured a 4-up victory, earning their place in the final against the reigning champions, Cleethorpes Golf Club.
Once again, the final was played at a very high standard, with birdies flying in from both sides. Despite a strong team effort, we narrowly missed out, finishing 2 down across three matches. A brilliant performance and a testament to the quality and spirit of the team – well done to everyone involved!
