Armed police respond to incident in Grantham

Officers are on scene in Tamar Court in Grantham following several reports including a report of a firearm and a potential altercation at the address.

Police response has included firearms officers for the safety of those at the address, the officers, and the wider public as a result of the information received.

There is no risk to the public, and we have safely contained the incident.

Two people have been arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and remain in police custody where they will be questioned.
