Has anyone else had a similar experience. Not being able to be a NHS patient with a dentist means they have you over a barrel!
I recently had an extraction and when told I needed it i am sure I was told £150. When I arrived for my appointment I was charged £250.
I went ahead with it as I needed it! A friend of mine is now having a similar problem. Originally told £170 for the treatment has now been advised that it will be twice that.
I pay into a plan to have a check up and a clean once a year and find that it is now costing me between 2and3 times what it was a 2 or 3 years ago.
I feel that I am being ripped off but there’s nothing I can do about it.
Didn’t Starmer say he was going to sort out how dentistry is being done !!!
American Investment companies are taking over this country. They have done it with GP surgeries, Funeral Directors, Dentist and now Vets.
