Apprentice Electrician Vacancy
TRYAC Ltd is looking to recruit an Apprentice Electrician to join our Electrical Contracting Department.
This opportunity is open to school leavers finishing Year 11 who are looking to start a rewarding career in the electrical industry.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain a recognised electrical qualification while earning and learning alongside experienced electricians.
The apprenticeship lasts 4 years and includes block-release attendance at Lincoln College, combined with practical on-the-job training at TRYAC LTD. The apprenticeship is managed by JTL, one of the UK’s leading work-based learning providers for the electrical industry. On successful completion, you will achieve an internationally recognised electrical qualification.
Entry Requirements:
– Four GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above), including Maths, English and Science
– Successful completion of the JTL entry assessment
– Pass a colour vision test
Pay:
You will be paid the Government’s minimum apprentice wage, with your salary increasing as your skills, knowledge and qualifications develop throughout the apprenticeship.
About the Role:
Our Electrical Contracting Department undertakes a wide range of work, including:
– Electrical installations in grain stores, potato stores, industrial units, offices, and general-purpose buildings
– Reactive electrical breakdowns and fault finding
– Electrical inspection and testing of installations
