Course leader Judi Fisher is thrilled that hard work has paid off
Course leaders have expressed their delight as all current Access to Higher Education students have been offered university places.
Providing they meet their requirements, 18 Grantham College students will advance onto courses in September at universities such as York, Bristol and Bishop Grosseteste.
Judi Fisher, course leader of the programme, is extremely satisfied for the students. She said: “Returning to education is never easy.
“Each of these students has now successfully demonstrated to their chosen universities that they are capable and committed to studying at degree level. We’re very proud of them all.”
Aaron Foster, who has been offered a place at the University of Lincoln to study mental health nursing, added: “It’s amazing to be doing something I never thought I’d be doing.”
