soundLINCS is currently seeking a Project and Development Manager to be responsible for and heading up the soundLINCS, Lincolnshire-wide, UpBEAT! music service devoted to supporting mental health and wellbeing through Music, which is the perfect way to boost mental wellbeing, connect with others and try out new skills.
Working in partnership with healthcare professionals and community/voluntary organisations across Lincolnshire, soundLINCS UpBEAT! runs many successful bespoke music activities comprising community music groups, as well as providing 1-2-1 sessions and hosting one-off events. The programme provides mental health support and opportunities for adults with an interest in exploring music to unleash their creativity.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the mental health and community sector and a great understanding of the power of music, arts and culture within mental health and wellbeing.
This is an exciting, full-time post to develop opportunities for the delivery, development and growth of the soundLINCS UpBEAT! service in this pivotal role supporting mental health through music provision in the region.
The salary for this position will be in the range of £27,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience.
