Chantry’s new production, GHOST DANCES, is now available to book on April 25th and 26th at the Guildhall Arts Centre, Grantham. TICKETS ARE FREE but must be booked in advance. GHOST DANCES is an innovative dance-theatre performance set to the 1988 suite by Grantham-born Nicholas Maw which follows a woman’s journey through the past, present and future where the ‘ghosts’ of the title are memory-related dream-distorted images that range from the disconcerting to the nostalgic. Rae Piper and Paul Chantry are collaborating with director/choreographer KRISTIAN CUNNINGHAM to create this innovative new work. Tickets can be booked at: https://www.guildhallartscentre.com/whats-on/all-shows/chantry-dance-presents-ghost-dances This event is part of the Government’s High Street Heritage Action Zone programme funded by Historic England. |
