The annual Easter Egg Run by motorcyclists starting at Bottesford and bringing gifts to Grantham and Melton Mowbratwo weeks ago, saw 437 bikes taking part this year.
They donated 1043 items, mainly chocolate eggs, to 27+ organisations (Bhive collected for up to 10 separate groups) .
On top of that, they raised £240.00 and sent off £120.00 to Linc’s Air Ambulance and took £120.00 down to the Ukraine Church in Peterborough.
Organiser John Bartlett said: “I had a phone call fro the Woodland Nursery School at Melton to say they were over the moon with the responce and to say there must have been 6-700 Eggs and it was able to do two Schools.
