Can’t help with the location but the King’s Messengers, (caption, lower left), was an offshoot of the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel. This was part of the Church of England so maybe not a school photo at all. The Society apparently existed to promote the Gospel in ‘Foreign Lands’ by supporting church missionaries. The King’s Messengers were the children’s branch, it seems. Possibly then, the location for the photo is a church or church hall somewhere?
