It was Mr Pacey when I was there. The teachers were Mrs Finch, Myatt, King, and a few more that I cannot remember at the moment.
I think I’m right in saying it was the 1st school to have its own swimming pool. Deep enough to teach you how to swim and cold enough to put you off swimming for life.
Mrs Hallam was another of the teachers as well.
