| Dear Friends We are looking forward to our first Hymns with Tim this morning at 12:00noon. Attached for you here are the hymns for this morning, 5 June 2020 Please click on the following link to join the Zoom Meeting https://us02web.zoom.us /j/85403433847?pwd=V2hGRFY2VGhFTWo2NTFXenJhN1BVUT09 Meeting ID: 854 0343 3847Password: 572298 In order to join Hymns with Tim you will need to download the Zoom app. Simply enter https://zoom.us/signup on your web browser to go to the Zoom website so sign up. We will email out each Friday morning the link in time for you to log in to the singing session at 12:00noon. You just click on the link to be taken to the meeting and enter the password from the email. If you haven’t used Zoom before here’s a little bit of guidance to help you on your way. It will help if you can download it prior to the day of Hymns with Tim and familiarise yourself with any features you may need to use on the day – mute/unmute microphone, stop/start video, screenshare etc. Some other suggestions to help on the day: Join the meeting early – up to 5 minutes before the meeting start time.Have your video on unless you are experiencing connection issues Find a quiet space without interruptions and background noiseAvoid backlight from bright windowsHave good lighting on your face so you can be seen clearly Adjust your camera to be at around eye level if possible – especially take note of the angle of your laptop screen if using the built-in camera. Mute your microphone when not talking Try to avoid talking over or at the same time as other participants Be aware you are on camera and try to avoid doing other tasks, checking emails, looking at your phone etc. The above might all seem a bit daunting, but it really isn’t.
