Everything you need to know about Grantham Carnival

Saturday 15th June:-

12 noon…-..Parade stars from the Market Place, Theme:- Mardi Gras

Included in the parade, and carrying the Town Mayor, will be a WW11 DUKW most recently a part of the D-Day celebrations in Portsmouth.

As the parade arrives at Wyndham Park at approx. 1.00pm there will be a flyover by an Avro Lancaster from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, RAFConingsby.

In the arena Saturday will be

• Van Buren (International Illusionist),
• Caledonian Pipe Band,
• Beth Cresswell School of Dance,
• Kesteven Ladies Rugby,
• ACF,
• LDC Dancers.

In the Entertainment marquee will be the Bar and on stage Carousel Roadshow, Naturally Sourced, Sunburst, Dunne & Rusted, Grantham School of Dancing and Steel Band.

Party in the Park on Saturday night will feature a double tribute from UK Bee Gees and Abba’s Angel Eyes, Carousel Roadshow.

Sunday 16th June:-

Ridgeside Birds of Prey & Dog Show,

Classic Cars,

Spitfire flypast at 4.26pm.

In the marquee will be Carousel Roadshow, Beth Cresswell School of Dance.

On site all weekend will be Fun Fair, Vintage Fire Engines & vehicles, Stalls, Bar & Fast Food outlets, Tea Tent, ACF Display area and more.

The annual Classic Vehicle Show will be staged in Queen Elizabeth Park on Sunday.
