Beauty Therapy student gives up Easter break for placement at clinic
One pro-active student has been spending her Easter break wowing customers and co-workers with her attitude on work experience.
Aimee Titley, who studies Level 3 Beauty Therapy at Grantham College, has impressed at Grantham Beauty Clinic in her week-long placement, raising money for charity in the process.
Instead of charging clients for treatments, Aimee has asked for donations towards Breast Cancer Care instead.
She has been offering a wide range of therapies, including manicures, massages and waxing.
Debbie Wingad, reception manager at the clinic, is delighted with the impact Aimee has made in her short time on the placement.
She said: “Aimee has fitted in really well, been enthusiastic and asked a lot of questions. The feedback from clients has been excellent.”
